 What is your favorite thing about Modesto, CA?
—”We have so much to love about our town. This is where Wyatt and I both grew up, where we met and continue to grow our lives and family. It’s a lovely mixture of busy city life and small town feels. There’s a true sense of community here that we’re lucky enough to feel first hand in our little café.”

What is your favorite day-off activity as a family?
—”Sundays are our day of rest and recovery as a family. Our days start later, breakfast at one of our neighborhood/local restaurants, visits with family and ideally ending back home with our doggies while we work in our yard.”

 

What is your favorite local spot to eat?
—”We have SO MANY favorites in town. But our most dined at restaurant is definitely Thailand Restaurant on 10th Street. It’s not only our favorite cuisine but our 4 year olds too (which is a big win for us).”

How have you seen Lucille change the community in Downtown Modesto since opening?
—”It’s been over a year now and it does feel like our efforts at Lucille have had a positive impact on our town, especially our downtown. We’re just here doing our thing, taking care of folks and hoping to be a consistent amenity to them. I love the variety of our culture at Lucille - we have such a beautifully diverse community, with some on the go and some here to stay for hours. It’s so special to be a part of.”
