Our relationship with The Well Coffee
When Revive first started, the coffee was being roasted, packaged, and shipped from my parents’ crowded laundry in the year of 2020. Only about a year later, I met Dave & Raegan Cicileo who started The Well in Stockton, CA. When our relationship started, The Well was still under construction and almost a year out from the opening day of the coffee shop. From the moment I was offered to become a part of the collaborative roastery at The Well, I was met with constant encouragement to take the big risk of starting a business. The Well has been and will continue to be a safe place to be empowered, equipped and create delicious coffee.

The Well Story
The most intriguing part of The Well is the story behind it. The Well was created by Restore Stockton, a public benefit non profit that focuses on mentoring and vocational training of youth and young adults.
Over the years Restore has successfully mentored and trained individuals in various environments, including a screen printing shop, construction company, coffee roastery, community gardens, schools and local community centers. Through the years we began to dream about a space that could house everything.
The Mission
Their heart is to inspire connection, collaboration, and creativity. The Well is a place for Stocktonians to put their creativity on display.
They have always believed in giving everyone opportunities to experience the things that are often only available to the privileged of society. They have gone to great lengths to make these resources available to everyone. The Well is just another step in the direction of putting these resources and opportunities at the fingertips of those who dream.
