Thank you for shopping with Revive Roasters! If not fully satisfied, we are here to help :)

COFFEE ORDERS

We do not accept returns for any purchases of coffee, regardless of whether the package is unused or used. However, if your coffee order arrives damaged or unsatisfactory in any manner, we will either provide you with a full refund or send you a replacement coffee order.

GOODS ORDERS

We will accept returns for any unused merchandise (including clothing) and ceramics for two weeks (14 days) after the day you received your order! In addition, we will accept returns for defective or damaged merchandise and goods for fourteen days after the date on which you received your order.

REQUESTING A RETURN

To request a return please send an e-mail to info.reviveroasters@gmail.com with the following information:

  • your order number

  • whether or not the package was opened

  • whether you want to exchange the item or request a refund

  • the reason for your return or exchange

  • If the reason for the return is due to damage or defectiveness upon arrival, pictures of the box the item arrived in, how it was packaged, and the product!

RETURN

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
